Freshen Up

Ideal for after that party.

  • Add biofilm remover.
  • Quick check of the tub.
  • Flush tub.
  • Clean cover.
  • Remove and clean filter.
  • Pump water from tub.
  • Wet Vac remaining water from tub.
  • Wet Vac all jets.
  • Visual check for shell damage.
  • Wipe over tub with cleaner.
  • Refill Tub.
  • Refit filter.
  • Purge Pumps.
  • Start up.
  • Set all cycles, time, etc.. on control panel.
  • Re-balance water.

Full Service

Recommended at least annually.

  • Check the operation of all systems.
  • Remove side panels.
  • Check all electrical components.
  • Check Air Source Heat Pump if applicable.
  • Add a bio-film remover for your internal plumbing.
  • Remove and chemically clean your filter.
  • Visual inspection for damage and leaks of cabinet and shell.
  • Pump water from tub.
  • Clean the shell.
  • Remove and clean jets where possible.
  • Ensure jets operate correctly.
  • Rinse out your tub.
  • Wet vac out any remaining water and debris.
  • Towel dry the shell surface.
  • Check heater element and seals.
  • Check pump capacitors.
  • Wet vac circulation pump where possible.
  • Check pump union seals.
  • Remove scale and debris from pumps.
  • Re-fill your tub.
  • Bleed all pumps of air.
  • Re-check for leaks and correct operation.
  • Re-balance the water.
  • Re-check all systems ensuring they work correctly.
  • Clean and treat the cover with protector.
  • Set all cycles, time, etc.. on control panel.
  • Provide report to customer.
